Reappointment of Eliot Lear as Independent Submission Editor

The Internet Architecture Board is pleased to announce the reappointment of Eliot Lear as the Independent Submissions Editor (ISE).
The IAB would like to thank Eliot for his continued willingness to serve the community in this capacity, as well as everyone who provided feedback during this process.
