The IAB has appointed Scott Mansfield as IETF liaison to ITU-T for MPLS, replacing Stewart Bryant.   Mr. Mansfield has been both an IETF and ITU-T participant, having been involved in SG15 and in the area of network management.  He has written 3 RFCs and is active in the area of MPLS-TP management, and has actively contributed to Questions 9, 10, and 14 in this regard.  The IAB extends its thanks to the outgoing liaison manager, Stewart Bryant.
