The IAB approved a liaison arrangement with the Open Mobile Alliance.

IRTF Review
The IAB reviewed the status of the IRTF. The changes in the manner of interaction between the IETF and the research community were considered. The IRTF motivation is the strength of community interaction within the broad domain of the IETF in terms of mutual needs. In this context the role of the chair of the IRTF was considered and various approaches for going forward will be further considered by the IAB.
