Administrivia The minutes of the 2021-12-13 RSOC meeting were approved. 2. v3 Issues and Tools John Levine reported that he is continuing to make updates to draft- iab-rfc7991bis. 3. Recommendations Following From the I-D Authors Survey Peter Saint-Andre said that he expects to get an update on the status of the authors.ietf.org site once Jay Daley returns from his holidays. John Levine noted that there is an open RFP for "RFC Production Center Tools Modernisation BA/PM services," and suggested that people take a look at that if they are interested in the RPC's tools. 4. RFC-Futures Update Peter Saint-Andre reported that draft-iab-rfcefdp-rfced-model-08 was posted last week. There is still feedback coming in, but it has slowed down. The document still needs to go through community review and the IAB approval process. 5. RSOC Transition Planning Peter Saint-Andre noted that most of what is currently under the RSOC's purview will be covered by the RSWG under the RFC Editor Model (Version 3). However, there are a few advisory things (e.g. the RFC XML and Style Guide change management team) that are less well- defined. The RFC Editor Model (Version 3) also proposes changes that might affect the RPC. Peter said that he would like to discuss those in more detail at the next RSOC meeting when Jay Daley and Sandy Ginoza can be available. 6. AOB There was no additional business. 7. Next RSOC Meeting The next RSOC meeting will be on 2022-02-14 at 4:00 PM PST. Sarah Banks sent her regrets in advance for that meeting.
